Returns and Exchanges
Three Stones Clothing Ltd provides details about our garments regarding fit and materials to help you shop and provide the best experience possible.

Refunds/exchanges will be given in the following reasons
- The size is incorrect.
- You are dissatisfied with the garment. Please provide a detailed reason.
- You have received the incorrect garment. (The garment you received is different than the garment on the order confirmation.)
All returns or exchanges must apply for a Return Authorization (RA) number before it can be accepted or processed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for a number.
Exchanges and returns may only be made within 14 calendar days (two weeks) of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are not refunded or credited and they are the responsibility of the customer. This return policy applies to Three Stones Clothing website purchases only.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached. Garments damaged due to misuse or poor return packaging will not be accepted. All returns will be subject to inspection upon arrival at Three Stones Clothing. For proof of delivery, it is recommended that you use a delivery service that includes tracking and requires a signature when the package is received.
Returns or exchanges will not be processed until the returned product is received and reviewed by Three Stones Clothing Ltd.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale or discounted merchandise.
Order Cancellation / Out of Stock
Three Stones Clothing Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order cancellation for an order that has already been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact email@example.com. Your order reference number is required to complete the return process.
Three Stones Clothing Ltd. will do their best to provide information regarding product availability. However, if an item becomes no longer available, Three Stones Clothing reserves the right to cancel your order in full or part. You will be notified by email if all or part of your order is unavailable.
In the event of partial orders, Three Stones Clothing will ship the available items and cancel non-available items from your order.
All orders will be confirmed with you (the customer) by email prior to delivery and after payment is received.
